Recently built, it is in a style that combines the genuine Formentera with modernity. It is situated in the heart of La Mola, at 1km from the village of El Pilar de la Mola, at 200m above sea level and on a plot of over 15.000m2.

Can Javi de Palma is a real vacation paradise with capacity for 6 people. A spacious living-room with a fireplace, connected with the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen area, opens to one of the outdoor terraces. The sleeping area offers 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite). On the terrace you can enjoy the cool evening breeze while you make use of the fantastic barbecue, outdoor dining area, and of course - the swimming pool.

The house is perfect for families with children. We are the parents of two beautiful girls, Maia and Luisa, and the house is fully equipped with toys, bathroom accessories, a bed, a crib, .. even a small park that will delight the little ones!

Technologically equipped with a flat-screen TV 49", DVD and WIFI. The thick walls and air-conditioning offer a refreshing rest during warm summer nights on the island. The central heating system through the central chimney helps warming up after a cold winter day.
